Before the package leaves

For purchases sent to supported United States addresses, typical order handling requires 1–2 business days. Once shipped, the estimated transportation window is 3–5 business days, not a guaranteed appointment or arrival date.

Check your shipping details

Please enter a correct mailing address, email address, and phone number, including any unit information. The checkout determines available destinations, shipping rates, and free-shipping eligibility; restrictions may depend on the destination or merchandise.

Tracking and slower shipments

Shipment updates are issued as tracking details become available from the carrier. Holiday volumes, weather events, service interruptions, or an address problem can slow progress. If a package is delayed or appears lost, we can review the situation when you provide your order number, checkout email, and tracking reference.

When delivery does not look right

For a delivered scan without a located parcel, first check safe-drop areas and with other recipients, then tell us what happened. If the package arrives damaged, keep the packing materials and send pictures or video of the damage and contents. We will explain the applicable assistance after reviewing the available information and any carrier investigation.
