Your checkout choices

Refer to the payment list in the live checkout for the methods enabled for an order; this policy does not guarantee any unlisted method. We start handling an order only when its payment has been successfully authorized.

Review of a transaction

Billing details must be complete and accurate. The payment service can approve authorization, conduct a review, reject a transaction, or require further verification; an incomplete, high-risk, or unverified purchase may consequently be delayed or cancelled.

Where to ask about payment activity

Complete card numbers are not retained in the content of this website. Issuing banks generally handle questions concerning a failed or declined payment, a chargeback or other dispute, an authorization freeze, and currency conversion. Never include a full card number when asking us for order support.

Returning a payment

Following refund approval, the usual route is the same method used to pay, with timing described in the Refund Policy.
